Guest Satisfaction Policy
Our goal is to ensure every guest is satisfied with their services at Michelle's Salon and Spa at Five Seasons. If for any reason, you are having challenges, please let us know within 5 days of your visit. Services are nonrefundable. We would love the opportunity for you to share all your concerns because our guest's satisfaction is our primary goal.
We request at least 24 hours advance notice of any appointment cancellations. No Shows will be charged 50% of the booked services. Late Arrivals may receive a partial service of their scheduled time.
Out of consideration of our time, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Guests on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services and it hurts our business.
Confirmations are a courtesy. Understand, that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time to avoid late arrivals, last minute cancellations and no-show fees. In the event of multiple "No-Show" Appointments, we will require a charge and a credit card on file to hold all future appointments.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.
We understand that unanticipated events happen and it is our desire to be fair to all our guests. We hope you understand and respect the value of our time as much as we respect you and your time with us.

Michelle's Salon and Spa ta Five Seasons accepts all forms of payment including:
-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex
All bounced checks will be charged a Returned Check Fee of $40 plus the original check amount due in either Cash or Bank Check.
Michelle's Salon and Spa at Five Seasons respects your privacy and the security of your personal information. Any collected payment information is encrypted in a secure database. All information obtained for the purpose of booking appointments is kept private and never released to any third-party companies.
Product Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product purchase, Michelle's Salon and Spa at Five Seasons will only offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be given and products cannot be exchanged once passed the 14-day period.
