Before/After Care

Lash Lift:

-NO Mascara (Please arrive to your appt without makeup)
-No Waterproof mascara at least 2 days prior to the appt
-If you wear contacts, please take them out and wear glasses to the appt

-BE GENTLE. No touching, rubbing or itching. Do not touch your lashes for at least 48 hours.
-Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours. NO water, heat, steam, sauna, hot tub or pool.
-Allow at least 24 hours before applying anything to your lashes
-We highly recommend the after-care product "Elleeplex". This goes on like mascara and it has the keratin to keep your lashes strong and healthy in between lifts.


Spray Tanning:

-No makeup, lotions, perfumes, moisturizers, or deodorant.
-Do NOT shave the day before or the day of appt.
-Do not wear any jewelry.
-Wear Loose Clothing

-DO NOT shower or apply lotions for at least 12 hours
-When showering, use cool to warm water, DO NOT scrub or use loofah
-Gently wash and pat dry
-Continue to wear loose fitting clothing for at least 2 hours after session

-Arrive with a clean face. (NO makeup, moisturizers, etc.)
-NO alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before the session
-STOP taking Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, fish oil, CoQ10 and/or Ibuprofen 48 hours before session
-NO waxing or brow tinting 3 days prior to session
-DO NOT tan or have a sunburned face the day of session
-DO NOT work out or sweat heavily the day of session
-NO Retinols/Retin-A or other Anti-Aging/Acne creams or serums containing acids as these will fade brows prematurely
-NO chemical peels 60 days before session (brows will peel quicker due to chemicals traveling under the skin
-NO Botox treatments for 3 weeks prior to session

-KEEP AREA CLEAN! Do not touch or rub your brows, do not cover or apply ointment besides what has been instructed to you for the first 7 days.
-DO NOT GET BROWS WET FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS! When taking a shower, do not let your face get wet from the shower steam. If your brows accidently get wet, pat dry with a paper towel and let them air dry. Keep your face clean with facial wipes or a damp washcloth.
-APPLY OINTMENT AFTER 4 DAYS! After 4 days from your treatment, start applying a small amount of ointment on each eyebrow with clean hands or a cotton swab. Spread a very thin layer of ointment every morning and night until all scabs have fallen off by themselves.
-DO NOT disrupt the healing process. Do not peel, pick or scratch at the scabbing. If scabbing is picked or scratched off before it naturally comes off, brows may heal patchy or scarring may occur.
-FOR FULL 14 DAYS: NO increased sweating, working out or sports. No swimming pools, sauna's, hot baths or Jacuzzi's. No waxing, threading or hair removal of any kind. No sun-tanning or tanning beds. No facials, chemical peels, treatments or creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic Acid (AHA) on the treated area.
-Once ALL scabbing has fallen off naturally, you can resume normal routines



Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours advance notice of any appointment cancellations. NO-SHOWS will be charged 50% of the services booked, whereas SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS may receive a partial charge of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS may receive a partial service of their scheduled time.

Out of consideration for our time, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services and it hurts our business and our employees as well.

Confirmations are a courtesy! Understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time to avoid LATE ARRIVALS, LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS and NO-SHOW fees. In the event of multiple LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS and/or NO-SHOWS, we will require a credit card on file to hold future appointments.

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago.

We realize that unanticipated events can happen from time to time and it is our desire to be fair and effective to all our clients. We hope you understand and respect the value of our time as much as we respect you and your time.
