Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours advance notice of any appointment cancellations. NO-SHOWS will be charged 50% of the services booked, whereas SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS may receive a partial charge of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS may receive a partial service of their scheduled time. Any appointment cancelled on a Sunday through text or voicemail, will be considered a SAME DAY CANCELLATION due to being closed on Sundays.

Out of consideration for our time, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services and it hurts our business and our employees as well.

Confirmations are a courtesy! Understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time to avoid LATE ARRIVALS, LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS and NO-SHOW fees. In the event of multiple LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS and/or NO-SHOWS, we will require a credit card on file to hold future appointments.

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago.

We realize that unanticipated events can happen from time to time and it is our desire to be fair and effective to all our clients. We hope you understand and respect the value of our time as much as we respect you and your time.

***We try to make it so every client leaves here happy with their service, but if for any reason, you are unsatisfied, we offer a Complimentary Redo with the same Stylist the original appointment was with, within a 1 week period from original appointment. We DO NOT refund services.***
